Q1: When will my ticket arrive?
Ans: Your tickets and other documents will be sent to the address given at the time of booking. These will usually be dispatched 7-10 days before departure.
Q2: What is my baggage allowance?
Ans: The standard baggage allowance is 15 kg per passenger plus one item of hand luggage that should weigh no more than 5 kg and easily fit into an overhead locker.
Q3: Are flight meals included?
Ans: Many airlines no longer offer in-flight meals. Where these are included, they will be marked on your flight tickets or paperwork. If meals are unavailable on board, airlines usually operate a snack trolley service on board the plane from which goods may be bought.
