Q1: What is the return policy?
Ans: If for any reason an Elinz customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact Elinz within 60 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories (especially the SD Card if provided with the unit originally) and in a re-saleable condition.
Q2: What payment method do they accept?
Ans: They accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Direct Deposit as well as PayPal, ZipPay and Afterpay.
Q3: Can I pick up my purchase?
Ans: As an online business, we only offer our products available for delivery only. We do not offer a pickup facility.
