Q1: What is your return policy?
Ans: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return an unused item within 1 Year from the original date of purchase for a refund or store credit. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. All original boxes, bags, packaging, and literature must be in new condition and included with the product.
Q2: What payment methods are accepted?
Ans: They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, United States Postal Service Money Orders, and wire transfers.
Q3: How do I track my order?
Ans: A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of shipment. For example, if an order is placed Monday night and ships Tuesday morning, tracking info will be received by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. Most orders are shipped by FedEx, but USPS is used in some cases.
