Ans: Please notify Hypergear customer service or submit a return request within 14 day(s) after the item is received. Refund process will take between 7 to 14 working days and refund using the same payment gateway that the customer uses to make the purchase.

Ans: All Hypergear bags (except apparels and accessories) are covered by a one year warranty (from date of purchase) which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship which include buckle, strap, zip, base, sewing.
