Q1. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Ans: You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't booked a flight. If it's been more than 14 days and you haven't booked a flight, you can exchange your vouchers for any gift extra products of equal value, as long as the voucher is still valid.
Q2. Where do Virgin Balloon fly from?
Ans. They have around 140 balloon launch sites, both main and back-up sites, across England, Scotland and Wales. For full details please see their location section.
Q3. I'd like to extend the validity of my voucher - how can I do this?
Ans. You can extend your voucher validity for a small admin fee by contacting Virgin Balloon Flights customer service team at customerservice@virginballoonflights.co.uk.
