Q1: What is the refund policy?
Ans: Refunds will be processed after the product is returned and inspected to ensure it meets the return requirements: within 30 days, in brand new, unopened, and unused condition. Once confirmed, your refund (less any associated fees) will be issued to the original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Q2: I no longer need the item that I ordered, can I refuse the package?
Ans: Any package that is refused is subject to all shipping & handling charges being deducted from the refund amount.
Q3: I received the wrong item or it was damaged in transit, what do I do now?
