Ans: Musement accepts all major international credit cards and PayPal, and guarantees the highest standards of security and control.
Q2: How do I cancel a booking?
Ans: You can cancel your order by accessing My Booking. After pressing "cancel booking" once, the cancellation policy will be displayed, and you will have to click "cancel booking" again, in order to confirm the cancellation.
Q3: What's my refund status?
Ans: Once your cancellation is confirmed, it may take up to 5-7 working days to receive your refund if you've paid by card. If you've paid with PayPal, the refund should be immediately visible in your account.
